Keith Turnbill has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Indiana University. After college, Keith worked for Bank One as a Market Manager.
After nearly 8 years with Bank One, Keith went to work for Jerry Martin & Associates. Responsibilities included managing seven commercial centers with over 70 tenants as well as 58 residential properties. Other responsibilities included the acquisition and development of the land for over 1,000 residential home sites. This included purchase negotiations, excavation, zoning, annexation, utility acquisition, platting, marketing, builder take-down agreements, lot sales and collections, issue resolution, etc.
While employed with Jerry Martin & Associates, Keith continued to build Turn-Key Realty, Inc. as the owner and President of this commercial and residential real estate company. Responsibilities include sales and leasing of commercial and residential real estate. The properties that Keith handles include large industrial buildings, retail centers, office buildings, apartments, churches, homes, etc. Responsibilities also include maintaining the company budget, assisting clients in pricing for construction, build-out, tenant improvements, zoning, variances, special exceptions, utility allocation, platting, etc.
The background of finance, banking, development, sales and leasing has given Keith an excellent base of knowledge to help in all aspects of real estate.
After several successful years at Turn-Key Realty, Inc. Keith merged this business into the excellent team at RE/MAX Results. The combination of these two successful business models has greatly improved the service and efficiency of the operations. Since merging to manage the Commercial Division, Keith has ranked in the top 3 commercial agents in the state for RE/MAX every year since joining forces with them.
